Avril Lavigne Tops Juno Awards Nominees

Avril Lavigne leads the pack of nominees for the 34th Annual Juno Awards, Canada's version of the Grammys, which will be held April 3 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Lavigne is up for five awards, including Artist and Songwriter Of The Year, as well as Fan Choice Award. Her sophomore album, Under My Skin, received nods for Album Of The Year and Pop Album Of The Year.
Jazz singer Diana Krall received the second most nominations, snagging four, including Artist Of The Year.
Also competing for Artist of the Year are Bryan Adams, K.D. Lang and Celine Dion. This year's event will feature performances by Lang, Simple Plan, Neil Young, the Tragically Hip, Billy Talent, and K-OS.
